AD802The AD802-155BR supports clock recovery at 155 Mbps . The AD802 tracks the SONET OC-3 standard mask for jitter tolerance, and provides a frequency acquisition indicator signal. Jitter bandwidth is 130 kHz. The AD802-155BR is available in a 20-pin SOIC. The AD802-155BR is a redesigned version of the previous AD802 (released July 1992). The key difference is operation across the wider temperature range, and some of the specifications have been tightened. The price has also been reduced substantially. The AMCCS3014 is a monolithic device, but it still requires an external reference (included in the 802), and is only specified across the 0-70 C range.
