ATM adapters
The Thomflex 5300 range of ATM adapters provide full duplex 155 Mbps and 25 Mbps ATM Network connection. The Thomflex ATM Adapters support operating systems such as Windows NT, Novell Netware, Apple MacOS, Solaris, SunOS and IRIX. The Thomflex 5300 ATM Adapters can connect stations over ATM using multimode fibers or Unshielded Twisted Pair copper cable. ATM software standards will be implemented on an ongoing basis. Congestion control, MPOA and other ATM standards will continue to evolve and users must be kept up-to-date. Therefore, a painless migration path to new implementations is guaranteed to users as the standards emerge. The Thomflex 5300 ATM Adapters offer performance I/O products for high speed networking and mass storage technologies.
