SunATM PCI Adapter
Sun offers PCI adapters both for 155 Mbit/s and 622 Mbit/s line speed. PCI bus at 33 Mhz and 66 Mhz is supported. Using a 622 Mbit/s board leads into a steady-state transfer of more than 55 Mbyte/s. Software support includes LAN Emulation 1.0, IP over ATM, SNMP AND UNI 3.0, UNI3.1, and UNI4.0. The 155 Mbit/s board is shipped with multimode fiber or UTP Cat 5 connector, the 622 Mbit/s board comes with multimode fiber connector only.
