µPD98408 (NEASCOT-T20)
The µPD98408 (NEASCOT-T20) is an LSI for hubs and switches containing two or more ATM-LAN lines with a data transfer speed 25.6Mbyte/sec. The power consumption per line is less than 250mW, and one chip incorporates the physical layer functions of six lines including clock recovery. The part runs up to a maximun clock speed of 32 MHz and needs low voltage 3.3 V power supply.
