622/155 Mbps transceiver

622/155 Mbps transceiver for ATM/SONET/SDH. This is a +5V only part with TTL interfaces on the low speed side (19.44 or 77.76 Mhz) and PECL on the high speed. The chip supports a number of reference clock options with either PECL or TTL levels with frequency choices of either 19.44, 38.88, 51.84, 77.76, 155.52 Mhz. The c hip offers the only extended range operation in the industry as a standard offering (-40 to +125C case temp) and has the lowest power dissipation on a single +5V supply (2.3W MAX). The device is fully compliant with Bellcore/ITU requirements for jitter generation and transfer, unlike other devices that do not claim to be SONET/SDH/ATM chip sets, but rather 52 Mbps ATM devices. The low cost and enhanced diagnostic make TriQuint's TQ8105 the best choice for SONET/SDH and ATM applications.
